Accommodating (he came in 1.5 hours early to meet with us), he found a vehicle that met my requirements, when my first choice wasn’t available, he took the time to show me all the many features in my new Explorer and to help me set-up many features of which I was unfamiliar. Koons Rocks!
Once the sale was closed the staff was increadibly rude to both me and my family they hung up on us multiple times refused to give us information we asked about. Lying multiple times. Basically tossed our papers at us as if saying “ok now get out”. Ive never been more disrespected in my life I will never buy a car from this dealer again.
I didn't have a lot of time and requested text message contact only. Yannick reached out to me and communicated promptly even when it was later at night. I was looking for a older Mustang and drove over 1000 miles to see it but sadly was a bust. I had been speaking with Yannick for a week or so by then and told him my plans, after not finding the Fox Mustang I wanted we headed back North and made sure to stop by Koons and speak with him in person.
