Wonderful experience. Will Lewis and his manager, as well as others in the front of the store were very personable. Adrian in financing was also very easy to deal with. I left with the vehicle I wanted within the range I wanted to pay. Will even made me a personal YouTube video of the vehicle the day before! 5 star experience.

Ethan was the definition of a class-act throughout the whole process. I was always a little nervous about buying a car out-of-state but Ethan and his team made this a truly enjoyable experience and were very eager to address any concerns I had. A short time later, I flew down there and drove my newly purchased Mustang about 500 miles back home to MA. I love my new 2018 Mustang GT. Ethan Gonzalez was my sales representative. I called in told him exactly what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the product. He is a true enthusiast if you ask me. He was never pushy. He was very friendly and honest with me. If you ever need anything please ask for Ethan. This was by far my best car buying experience. I will only purchase from koons and Ethan from now on.
