We leased a 2018 expedition in November 2018. 2 weeks ago it completely burned down within 2 minutes of starting it. My insurance company and I have tried to contact the dealership and Ford because this incident should have been investigated by Ford and no one seems to care, and have refused all calls and messages left. This was purchased as a family car. I have 3 small children. I pray this does not happen to someone else.
They are great at selling a vehicle and then 90% of my messages went unanswered by the sales person and managers. Told me they would mail me a 2nd key fob, gave me a paper stating they owed me one, text me they were sending one. Never happened! When I complained, I was told to go buy one and send them the bill! Also sent a message about a problem I was having, crickets! Never a response!
