What a joke of a company can’t get anyone to return a call. ✌️✌️✌️✌️ Go some where else
Car buying experience was great; service is good, but now I’m being ghosted after a repair they did in August has failed. Escape has been leaking for months, after waiting hours for them to fix it (I was told it was a mess), the leak is now worse. Three weeks ago we were told Ford might cover the repair (?what you messed it up in August) and the trim is bad, give them 3-4 Days for new part. Now crickets...calls, texts, emails, managers, no one will talk to us. Not sure next steps, it’s a 2016 and we don’t have covered parkin... read more
Koons Sterling Ford was terrific! They took note of my concerns, picked my vehicle up from my house and drove to the dealership. When it wasn’t done in time, they gave me a loaner so I would be able to get to work. They’ve earned a customer for life!!!

By far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. Samir and Alfonso were absolutely fantastic! I love my 2017 Edge Titanium. I know if I ever have any issues or want to purchase a new car I have the two of the best Koons employees to count on for all of my questions or concerns.
