I am delighted with my Ford Escape and the truly outstanding customer service of Koons Sterling Ford. In the past year, I've taken my Escape in for standard servicing and 1 recall issue. The friendly service, timely appointments and quality work make the car servicing the best customer service I experience anywhere. Other businesses and public agencies should take a page from Koons Sterling Ford.
Online inventory shows 27 vehicles. When I visited in person, there was...one. Online also shows vehicles "in transit". When I inquired about those, I was told those are actually still at the factory. Made a deal. Placed a deposit. Promised, reserved vehicle is now mysteriously unavailable. Disappointing to say the least.
I just purchased a 2017 Raptor from Koons Sterling Ford. I can't say enough about my salesman Kevin Acevedo and the sales manager Danny Islam. From start to finish they took care of me and answered all of my questions. I was shown the vehicle I was interested in as soon as I arrived and after the purchase I was walked through my new vehicle and shown everything I needed to know about my new vehicle's options in great detail. I had not bought a new vehicle in 15 years. After a lot of research, I chose Koons Ford because they had the vehicle I wanted at the best price. I drove 2.5 hours to test drive and purchase my F-150. Kevin, my Sales Advisor, was pleasant and helpful, making the process seamless. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, I highly recommend Koons Ford.
I have never had an issue at this dealership. They always treat me kindly and are very competent in explaining any issue they find. The service people are great and timely and from the first day I walked in to get my new car 3 years ago, I have been nothing but satisfied.
I had to get my emissions and state inspection done and there was one gentleman who helped out a lot in the process. 1/2 hr sure beat sitting at the gas station waiting for 3 hrs.
Koons Sterling is the absolute best dealership that I've ever had to deal with.
