I was completely satisfied with the service. I was not all that pleased with the process to make an appointment, when the representative could not answer basic questions about duration, involvement, and potential cost, saying I would have to speak to a service advisor after I arrived.
Just love my 2014 Focus, and my sales representative Steve Arnold was very reliable, courteous, and answered my questions throughout the sales process. He follow up with me when I returned for service. He made sure that i was a satisfied customers.
