Dealing with Koons has been one of the best experience I have ever had with an auto dealership. Stephen Arnold is the best salesman I have ever dealt with. He was there from the start to finish. When it came time to close the deal, everything he quoted me was exactly correct and there were no surprises. The car, a 2016 Ford Fusion is the best automobile I have ever owned and I came from a Audi. Not that the Audi was bad, but the Fusion is just as good in some case and better in others. Horrible horrible experience at Koons sterling ford. Brad Phillips did not keep me informed one bit. I wasn't approved, so he just figured he wouldn't give me any details of the transaction he said he doesn't like to let people know when they're not approved because your pretty much crushing someone's dreams. But I informed him it's part of the job got to deal with it. I DO NOT recommend this place to ANYBODY!!!! I will make sure none of my friends nor family visits this stealership.
