Carl Tebbe helped me to get my key fob up and running, after another Ford dealership had no idea about the battery that was running low. Carl placed customer service first, and didn't just tell me to make an appointment. He took charge and got me to the right person who could make sure I wasn't left stranded with a key fob that would not work. Thanks Koons Ford. Your service staff made me a happy camper!
Had a great time here getting my cars oil changed here - it was quick and was able to look at some of the new cars while I waited. After getting burned a few times from local grease pits I found that pro service technicians are the way to go. I'm willing to pay a bit more to have the peace of mind and warranty.
They didn't have a loaner car for me when I waited 2 weeks for an appointment where a loaner car was available, I left my car there all day and when I checked on the status they told me they forgot about my vehicle and never worked on it, and my experience is 90% of the time no one in the service department picks up the phone, whether you call the general service number or a specific rep, and they certainly don't call you back if you need a message. Enough said. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Tried for three days to get a reply by email on purchasing a new ford F150, three different people and no reply- and they say they have great customer service - no stars ....just one finger.
They've had my car for months & it's still NOT fixed. Don't do business with them ever. I'm actually pissed. I'm sick of having no transportation bc of these idiots
I called MULTIPLE times to have a vehicle from a dealership checked on before I went and bought it. I called the first time when you were still open and I got nothing. It kept on saying, "You're estimated wait time is less than one minute" After I have been waiting for several minutes waiting for someone to pick up. Then when we called in the morning, we had Lisa say that we could take the vehicle in today. The dealership wanted a set time to take the vehicle, so we called.... and called.... and called....
