Best customer service we ever had buying a car. Highly recommend.
Aimie in the service department was great! She showed me how to work one of the features on my 2017 Sportage and then got my car right in for service. She even worked with me on my 15000 mile service to keep the warranty. The service department has always been a pleasure to work with. They always get me in as needed. I am very happy with my car and with Kingdom Kia!
I really don't want to go into detail, but I wish I hadn't bought an extended warranty when I bought my car so I could go somewhere else.
Service department is the best I've ever dealt with, hands down. Both, in customer service and quality of work. Chase is the man and has always gone out of his way to take care of any issues or answers I've had. DEFINITELY recommend going here.
Their soul intent is to screw you over and run you through a maze. Chase is the biggest snake of them all. WE WILL NEVER EVER DO ANY BUSINESS WITH KINGDOM KIA AGAIN!!! We were buying a new Kia this week and you guys just got permanently kicked off the list. We'll tell Suntrip Kia to send you a thank you card.
Thanks for wasting my time today. I came in today wanting to trade in my truck and to buy a new truck. I told you guys as soon as I got there that I could only put down $1000 not a penny more, and you guys ran my credit and said that it was fine . We'll then 5 HOURS Later I'm told srry you need $2000 down. ! ! You ruined my whole day, made me waste my time, my gas, and pay for a babysitter all day for nothing, to be turned away.
I came in for a job interview for a Cashier position and met Doy at the entrance. He was pleasant and very friendly and escorted me into the building then proceeded to take care of all the details in getting me started. I met Debbie at the Cash Register and she was very friendly. And finally I met Brittany who interviewed me. Even if I don't get the position I was pleased with the way I was treated at Kingdom Kia. Thank you for making my time a pleasant experience.
A huge thank you to Chase in the service department!!! He explained everything that was going to happen during my routine maintenance visit & helped me to feel at ease about my Sorento being taken care of, thank you!!! :)
