One of the worse experiences at a dealership I’ve ever had. Not sure if it was because of the weekend or what. Felt they didn’t take my looking for a new car or myself seriously. Didn’t go over options. Didn’t help us look at cars. No one met us outside to help. We had to go looking for someone.

The up to 5000 above book value is a scam. They low ball your trade in and then wave their magical up to 5000$ to make it seem like they helped you out.
I have bought my last two vehicles at kingdom Kia and have had all the service work done here. Have been treated very professionally and all work done in a timely manner. I have zero complaints about both the sales staff or service department and will continue to do business with them.
Called ahead to make sure the specific vehicle we were looking at was available and was told it was. Took 30 minutes to drive out there and was told it was sold 3 hours before we got there. Not willing to do business with a company who lies. If they lie with such a small encounter, who knows what else they will lie about in a car deal.
