Chase in the service department was very helpful in explaining the options/costs of the 15,000 mile service on our Kia. The work was done quickly and we were very satisfied with our experience.
This is geared towards the service department. We are fortunate enough to deal with chase as our costumer service rep and he is an absolute professional in his interaction with us. Makes you very comfortable, explains everything in a simple manor, gives no run around. Just all around giving a good experience based on one persons professionalism and interaction.
I love working with the people at Kingdom Kia. Everyone is so nice and they get the job done.
I appreciate the excellent help I got from Chase in the service department. He did everything necessary to help me and more. He was always professional and answered all of my questions. I like the Warranty Forever offered by Kingdom Kia. My Kia Soul is the second vehicle I have purchased at Kingdom Kia. I believe that says what I think about them. After all, actions speak louder than just words.
Doy came in on his day off, while Jimmy laid all financing options out on the table. It was a very straightforward process. A friend of mine who has never bought a car before, was very pleased with the purchase, process, and most of all the vehicle she drove away with. Thank to everyone at Kingdom Kia.
Adam got my vehicle in quick and the oil change and recalls taken care of quckly. A valued service manager for sure. He also kept his word on an agreement he maxe with me.
Told them what I wanted and when I arrived everything started out great. Then it took a turn for the worse when I told them I had spoken to Jessica about a certain vehicle and then she said that the numbers we talked about were doable. Then the salesman then proceeded to tell my wife and I, I have someone coming in the morning to buy this same vehicle. Pretty shoddy way of starting a conversation.
