My husband and I were wanting to trade our 2014 Soul in on a new one. We were assured we'd be able to have our payments lowered, and a good interest rate. Our payments were going to be higher and the interest rate was also going go be 2 points higher. My husband Bob and I went to the car lot expecting the same old thing that always happens. This time we weren't 'attacked' we were 'greeted'. Doy and Phil helped us and hung around us and kept us comfortable as we waited for our vehicle to be cleaned and ready for us to drive home. They totally mislead Whitney. Trying to take advantage of a young single mom in need. Well take this Kia today she is in a Nissan Murano and loving it. Her 2009 Kia had the rear end out 3 times in less than a year. So long Kia hello Nissan.
I was very pleased with everyone I dealt with at the dealership. They went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. I highly recommend them.
We brought both vehicles in today for an oil change and because they had a recall on them. Chase was super nice, very professional and kept us updated as we waited. It only took a total of 1 1/2 hours for both vehicles to be done. We have bought a few vehicles from here and have never had a problem. This is what keeps us coming back.
Had a scary morning on our road trip and AAA towed us to Kia they were very kind. We were traveling with 2 cats n a dog and they welcomed all of us to wait with popcorn n drinks. Meanwhile, Chase and the mechanics “healed” our van. It was very broken. Lol even took extra care with their service and gave a slight discount.
