they need to be honest and upfront with customers I drove 2 hrs after numerous texts regarding one vehicle I get there and am unable to test drive and required over $1000 repairs before passing inspection with no prior statements regarding this
Drove all the way to Rolla after work to look at a car I was told was there and when I got there it wasn’t. Total waste of my time and gas. Won’t be back
Lied about car and Suntrup Kia in stl is and was better experience and walked in and out with car and bike for 5k less then rolla and that’s where I live.
we had to wait for 9 hours in order to finally get out of there with the vehicle we wanted. then they didn't even do anything to try to make it up to us since we had basically been there the entire day. the sales people were nice but I was not enthused about waiting. and i went in there with a particular budget and of course they went way over.
this place belives in false advertising. anything to get you to come look then they try pushing a more expensive vehicle on you. called about a used vehicle that 'had nothing wrong with it' 100% warranty then when we drove all the way here, said vehicle had a bunch of warning lights on iin t and even though sticker said 100% warranty said vehicle had no warranty because 'it was broke' but we've got another one for more money....
I went to kingdom Kia after seeing a Chrysler 300 they had for sale. On their website it mentioned financing, so, I called the next day they said they could do financing. When I got to kingdom kia that same day and spoke with the sales rep, Dustin I believe, he FINALLY informed me that it didn’t pass their inspection and that they WOULDN’T finance it. After driving over 2 hours to get there I walked out. Honesty is super important in sales and business and you’d think they already knew that.

All of the stars. I went to this Kia dealership on the weekend of October 5-8 to trade in my truck for a car. The two names I remember specifically are Chase from Sales who was totally awesome, knowledgeable, and entertaining. And John from finance who was incredibly helpful with my paperwork. I love that they sat me down and recorded my conversation and broke down everything for me. I couldn’t be happier with the car I bought.
