The service department, especially Chase, took care of my Kia Sorento to get fixed. In addition, Kingdom Kia's Warranty Forever that was purchased during the purchase of the vehicle worked great to save me some serious 💰 for repairs. While waiting, my daughter and I enjoyed some free ☕, 🍿, and 🥨.
Awful experience. I was cold called for weeks. When being transparent of what we needed we were told Kia kingdom could make it happen. We drove two hours and dedicated an entire afternoon to this dealership for hardly any negotiation. A true waste of time and energy.
