too aggressive, tried to force me into a payment above my budget. held my keys to my car for 1.5 hours after I told them we were done. had to get straight up hateful to get keys back so we could leave.
my son in law and daughter bought a car from you less than a month ago and it had issues but You told them because it was bought as is that you would not fix it I understand the As is part but come on less than a month and you don't cover your vehicles that is pretty sad
After choosing a vehicle, getting pre-approved for a loan, communicating extensively with the employees, my daughter and her family drove two hours, with three kids, to buy a car. The appointment was set, anytime after 10am. She called to say that they would be there around 2 pm, and was told "no problem". When she arrived, the NEW owners of the car she was going to buy, were pulling out of the dealership. Then, your employees, try to push her into something else for more money. Not good business.

I am unsatisfied with the customer service that I received from sales. I do love how friendly the service department is though. I will take my car for repairs, but will not be buying another car from Kia.
I bought my 2018 kia soul from kingdom kia, Doy the sales person was very informative and very patient with me, when I get my kia soul serviced Chase is excellent at getting my appointment schedule very quick. and explaining to me on what I need to have taken care of, Thank you, Chase and Doy
