Chase in the service department is a super employee. He goes above and beyond to ensure that I was kept up to date on what was being done and was very courteous at all times and answered all of my questions. Although he had other customers, he make me feel like I was the only one. I love the idea of changing décor in the waiting area. They Told me and my wife they was going to run are credit check one time and give it to the best place well 5 letters later from different banks after we already have a loan from one because are scores was good this is Bull shit !!!!!!! And the main reason is that we did not put money down and the value of the car did not fit in the loan till the very end when they knocked more off and we was going to walk out. Never again !!!!!
