Went in to get an oil change and the service was AWESOME! Chase was very knowledgeable and explained everything I needed to get done today. He met me as I parked my car and I never had to wait! I appreciated that!

Chase, the assistant manager in the service department, is awesome! I had to order a seat belt latch for my Kia Rondo and he took customer service to the next level. As most women know dealing with anything regarding your automobile can be difficult because women are looked at as less than in this area. He talked to me as an equal. Thank you, Chase!

The worst decision you could make is to purchase a vehicle here. Once you sign that paperwork they don't care about you. The managers are the most crooked people I've dealt with.
Would give 0 stars if I could. I have given this dealership 4 times, and every time they have blown me off. They do have nice cars but the floor manager and the main boss are pretty rude. Just because you are young and need a new car doesn't mean you can just give us the run around. I had a trade-in worth 6100 and they offer 3500, I know what my car is worth.
