After having issues on our vehicle in the past and some confusion with others in the service department Chase has twice now taken good care of us. He met me outside and even took care of more than what I came in for. Very friendly, goes above and beyond.

Chase restored my confidence in Kingdom Kia's service dept. They missed the oil leak on the first visit, and sent me home (5 hours round trip) telling me they checked everything out and there was no leak. I was back and quite annoyed one week later (another 5 hour trip) with my Sorento leaking oil. This time Chase made certain the problem was fixed and compensation made. Thank you Chase! Now I'm pretty sure my forever warranty was a good purchase after all.
I love Kingdom Kia. Had a death in the family - had to get a service before heading out of town - they took us right in. We are so pleased with the service! Still 5 stars for me almost a year later............great service!
