They help people out in a bad situation I got it. Higher Interest rate I got it. Forget to do a few things. I got it. Mention it to someone they don't have you at all. Give them your trade your money let the sales rep get his commsison and don't come back other than to get your service done.
Very poor customer service. Gave wrong diagnostic on vehicle which they wouldn't take responsibility for. Manager was very unapologetic for the inconvenience. Will NEVER be back and have told all my family and friends.
