Absolutely love the service department prompt and courteous service with a smile. So much better than the service department from where i purchaced my car love the oil change punch cards. Shout out to Chase Destifanes awesome customer service skills.

I had a 8AM Appt,I was a few minutes early, had oil,filter changed,they did a recall item, and I was out the door in about 45 minutes Thank you for the great service
Since we weren't given our free tire rotation with the last oil change, they worked with us and gave it to us with this oil change. Friendly and helpful.

Do not stay in contact with you about anything. Have waited over 3 hours every time I come here. I will not be buying another car from here.
Would give them 0 stars if I could. They are worthless and never have any parts in stock for anything. They need a VIN to even look up a damn wiper blade. They are horrible and I regret owning a Kia!!!
I don't know about you guy ! But I went there 1rst time not good service ! But the last 2 time I got the right person! And I happy with it ! I think you need to see more than one people in there before you leave the dealer those !
Great place and took the time to visit and test drive even though they were busy.
