My stay at kindred has been fine My stay at Kindred has been fine. The response time of the staff is wonderful. They have all been friendly and gentle. My aid Tony has been especially exceptional. He is very helpful and patient. My only complaint is that I do not like the food much. I would overall recommend this hospital. Duncan E.
I have been impressed with the staff at this facility The care that I have recieved at this hospital has been wonderful. I have been impressed with how sensitive, competent and loving all of the staff have been to me. Especially, Nancy in respritory, she is kind and gentle. Aid Joseph is an angel. I've liked being at Kindred I've liked being at Kindred. The people there are really nice and very friendly. They give me my medication on time and don't make me wait long when I need something. My aid Lenny and nurse Blessigng have been especially sweet with me. I like how clean they keep this hospital. The food is okay. I didn't go hungry. I highly recommend this hospital to anyone that needs a longer hospital stay. Ferguson
We have been very pleased with the care provided here My mother is currently in the ICU at Kindred Town and Country. She has an infection in her brain. Everything has been very professional. The facility is kept clean and the staff is well trained. I have felt comfortable asking questions because staff is always very informative and willing to take the time to answer any that I have. Servíce here is good Out of the three hospitals that my mom there has been in , this one has been the best. The staff is thorough and check on my mom often. Our favorite aid is otilia. She is so sweet and gentle and always has a smile on her face. It is clear that the staff here have the heart to take care for their patients. I've been impressed with this hospital I've been impressed with several of the staff members here at kindred town and country. Aid Tony is quick to respond, great with helping me eat and has a good attitude. Also, aid Jim is spectacular in terms of his empathy and quickness to respond. Nurse Petra is so optimistic and is great at helping me. Staff has went out of their way to make me comfortable When I first came to this hospital, we started off to a rough start due to a conflict of my preferences verses what was protocol and medically needed, but we have been able to compromise and my wishes have been respected. Overall a good experience Being in the hospital is never easy but the staff at Kindred Town and Country have tried hard to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Cathy in physical therapy has been very helpful and kind and the patient representative Rosina always brings us ice cream. Aid Lenny was very efficient and knowledgeable when we needed her. So far our experience has been great at Kindred Town and Country Our general hospital experience so far has been great. The staff has been wonderful. They are so friendly, patient and polite. The clinical staff are attentive to my mothers needs and make her feel comfortable. The therapy staff is very kind, understanding and patient as well.
