Very, very incredible customer service. My experience had absolutely no flaws , Matt Ayala was an amazing sales rep and I was in and out in under 2 hours with a brand new car. If you are asking me to rate them one out of five stars, I would still give them 10. Absolutely worth the trip to Kia if you are in the market.
Had a cv boot replaced under warranty. Done in a respectable time frame. Went to look at a new Sedona. Had to walk away Fell in love with the new Sedona. Kept my money in my pocket. For now.
Chris Weyer assisted me as I was starting my search for a 7 seat SUV. He provided all info I needed and took me for a test drive but didn't pressure me to buy. A week later I called him and he returned calls quickly. He went above and beyond to answer my questions about a used Kia I was considering. Chris was honest and easy to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with him.
