I went to Kia looking to change from a Yukon to a van...I loved my suv so finding van that I was going to like as much was going to be difficult. However, I got a 2016 Sedona and love it. I just leased my second Soul from Kia Of Des Moines. Once again this was a very pleasant, fast, and rewarding car buying experience! Chris Weyer was so good to work with. He saw that I got everything I was looking for at the price I wanted! There was no high pressure sales. Just an easy couple of hours and I was driving home in my new car!
I had a 10:30 AM appointment on a Saturday to get an oil change and a recall done. I was told ahead of time the recall would take 30-45 minutes and an oil change should take about the same amount of time. I was at the dealer for FOUR hours waiting for my car. On top of that, it was noted on the service write-up that rack & pinion was leaking. The service advisor did not bother to tell me this or offer to fix it, despite me having an extended warranty on the car. I strongly recommend avoiding this dealer for service.
