We were there for about 5 hours which was really long and stressful. But we were buying a new car and trading in a car(that they came and towed from my driveway). But once we got into a test drive and the paperwork done for financing it went fast... Great service from salesman Kris K and the finance guy was Great and made it easy. But the Big Boss taking time to come and shake our hand to thank us was much appreciated. �� Love my new car and Awesome warranty!

the people at Kia were very nice and friendly got my car in and out in less time that what they originally told me and when they were done they washed my car I like that it makes it worth the hour long drive thank you kia
We just bought a 2017 Mitsubishi Outlander from Kia. Ed Arnold was the sales constantan. Ed was a straighter shooter and Honest. He did not give a hour long speech about things. God down to there numbers and really looked out for us. definitely recommend Ed to anyone looking for a vehicle.
I bought my first Kia in 2008 and have always been treated very well. I traded a Kia Sorento for a newer 2012 Kia Sorento back in September of 2016. Today, I went in with an unusual problem, my antenna fell off the top of the car while I was driving down I-80. Of course it was not covered under my extended warranty I purchased when I bought my car. Kia met me half way on it, as it was not a cheap fix. Then when I went to get in my car, they had washed it for me and vacuumed the interior. That's awesome in my book.
We love our Certified KIA SOUL and working with Ed was great. I would give five stars except for being lied to by the finance mgr. When I asked the cost of the gap insurance we were told it would be $3 a month. Looking over the contract we found that we were charged $850 for the gap insurance. 3 X 72 = 850? Send your finance mgr back to school, his math is a bit fuzzy. We refinanced through State Farm and dropped a point and NO gap insurance. I hope our future service has better success because we really love the car.
