RecommendedAfter having an awful wreck in my 2018 Kia Sportage, I had to get into another vehicle so I went back to Kia. The sales guy Kris Kremlin was awesome, had patience of a saint after hours of review got me into a car I could be happy with.
Purchased a new vehicle with 16 miles on it nine months ago. Decided to take advantage of the coupons they had been emailing me over and over. Called and was told I never needed to schedule an oil change, just to come on in. Well I went on in today an hour and a half before the service department closed to be told they were too busy to help me today! This place is a joke! The salesman lie to you just to make a deal and then try to tell you you miss understood what a bunch of snakes. If you do go hear ask lots of questions and record the deal or they will lie. Or should I say not tell whole truth. SNAKES! For sure
Very friendly salesman Patrick and we were treated very well.
Had a tire with a slow leak. They found a nail and repaired the problem. Had to make a return trip to reset the sensor. Fixed that in short order. Very satisfied with the service department. Always fast, friendly service and great staff!
I would recommend KIA to any of my friends and family....all of the people I dealt with were Excellent and really worked hard to get me the best deal and honored their word in doing so. I love my 2018 Soul Plus ...drives so smooth and is just a cute little SUV that fits my personality! Great place, 5 star for sure.
The service was not the best time wise. My car was done and sitting on the lot for 20+ minutes before I asked if it was done, I was told yes and they had to get my receipt reprinted. I waited another 15+ minutes. Not very pleasant or polite either. I will have another shop check the work to make sure just in case
good service for oil change but the car wash sucked. didn't clean the bugs off windshield or front end
