I called to schedule an appointment to get my window fixed and an oil change. At first the first appointment available would be August 21st. It was the 2nd. As it had been raining and my car was getting wet inside, the 21st was not going to work. She had put me in touch with Jared. He called back and I had informed him on the situation. I called on Saturday without an appointment as I had a tail light out. They squeezed me in, everyone was courteous and professional. I was in and out in 10 minutes-now that’s great service!!
Always easy to get my schedule oil change
I was having electrical issues with my car. Kia sent a technician from California to fix the issue. That is going above and beyond.

Horrible customer service. Air conditioner on our 2018 Kia Soul went out and they can not schedule us for warranty service for at least three weeks. No apologies, no help whatsoever. Calls to the customer service manager have been unreturned. Go somewhere, anywhere, else.
