With scheduled service appointment, my soul was well taken care of today. Repairs were completed well before the anticipated time.
Hardly any waiting period. The new video process of showing the car when up on the hoist and mechanic explaining about the oil change, tires and performance of your car is great. Everyone is friendly.

Awesome and easy as usual!!!
Had my car serviced today at Kia and it was done in less than an hour and the service people were great, they answered all my questions and concerns. The waiting are was very comfortable and accommodating with free water and popcorn and even tv.
They are friendly and fast getting what u need done in the time they say or faster. I didnt even think they could do any better then I see they took my car in for a wash after they where done. On top of that they show u what need to be done in a video
