Even after I was told to show up for an appt AFTER the place closed, was told I would be called the next morning before 8 so I did not waste my time. They never called, so went to the lot, just for you all to say that you would "make an phone call, because your banks are closed". I did get a call a couple days later, just for y'all to say that we aren't going to do anything for you, even though it's a credit forgiveness event.
