We have owned many vehicles from Kia. Unfortunately, their service is terrible and they do not stand behind their product.

Even after I was told to show up for an appt AFTER the place closed, was told I would be called the next morning before 8 so I did not waste my time. They never called, so went to the lot, just for you all to say that you would "make an phone call, because your banks are closed". I did get a call a couple days later, just for y'all to say that we aren't going to do anything for you, even though it's a credit forgiveness event. my husband and I just left their black friday event that they're blasting all over Facebook. They did not one thing that they advertised on Facebook. the zero down the low payments the they'll do what ever it takes to get you approved is all a bunch of crap. Gus even told us to wreck our cars so we can get the insurance information. Definitely not amused and will not be going back.
Gus was great to work with. we had a number in mind and a budget to stay within. Gus and the sales team made it happen. highly recommended if you are in the market look here first.
