RecommendedRecently purchased a vehicle through Kia of Des Moines. My salesperson was Patrick who was friendly and helpful. He responded quickly to questions and we were able to come to a fair price for the new vehicle as well as fair value for my trade-in. Once an agreement was made we were out of there in under an hour. That included them making sure I understood all of the new features of my car. I would recommend Kia of Des Moines and would definitely work with Patrick again!

Way over priced. $120 for an oil change and a new cabin air filter! I didn’t receive a window sticker showing when next service was due either. Would not be returning for basic maintenance of my Kia.
Callled and got a appointment for at 4:30 for a oil change . Got there 15mins early . Said it would be 45 mins then I had a update for the car said it would take a extra 15mins . Well I was in and out within 30 mins . Great and friendly fast service . Thanks so much .
Jamie was absolutely the best to talk to. Very helpful. We have been turned down for loans and Kia got us a loan no problem. Great experience overall
