We got our Optima S serviced oil change, tire rotation, and recall work done. Winnie was wonderful explained what was done. the service person took a video of the inspection showed me that the air filter was in good shape.

Recently purchased a vehicle through Kia of Des Moines. My salesperson was Patrick who was friendly and helpful. He responded quickly to questions and we were able to come to a fair price for the new vehicle as well as fair value for my trade-in. Once an agreement was made we were out of there in under an hour. That included them making sure I understood all of the new features of my car. I would recommend Kia of Des Moines and would definitely work with Patrick again!
If you make a decision to come to Kia, ask for kamal habhab, he was outstanding today! Prices for a 2018 car was reasonable, total sweetheart. He’s seriously the best. Merle Hay location 😊
