I would recommend however the last few times I have gotten an oil change it has taken two hours. Not necessary & considering I scheduled an appointment at 7 am when they opened to get in and out. I’m frustrated to say the least.
So far, so good! Mitch made the sales transaction smooth and painless. Recently took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and another small issue. Excellent service and I loved how they sent the video letting me know what they did with my car.
Bill Stone is awesome!!! I would recommend him to anyone when buying a new vehicle! From start to finish he is fantastic and will get you exactly what you need!
Went in to buy my third vehicle from Kia of Des Moines, once again a flawless transaction and treated with respect. Bill Stone, our sales person, was nice and honest and helped us get in and out. Great group of employees! I love the new to me Mitsubishi!
We got our Optima S serviced oil change, tire rotation, and recall work done. Winnie was wonderful explained what was done. the service person took a video of the inspection showed me that the air filter was in good shape.
