Our experience was fantastic! Little did we know our new Telluride would arrive amidst the Covid-19. With the social distancing in place and so much uncertainty out there, they made the process smooth, fast and successful! We were in and out with our new ride in 10 minutes! Someone was there to open the doors when we got there, Jamie was great at directing the process, the facility was super clean and we couldn’t have been happier. the entire experience was exceptional. Jamie was phenomenal so pleasant and very knowledgeable definitely would recommend Jamie to anybody who would like to experience Kia. give that girl a raise! facility is extremely clean and very well set up. from the time you're greeted until the time you leave everything is so well executed and explanations and questions are given all the way through kudos to all.
