I have been a customer with Kia of Des Moines for several years now and their staff is absolutely awesome. I also love the Sportages as I'm on my fifth one.
With scheduled service appointment, my soul was well taken care of today. Repairs were completed well before the anticipated time.
Hardly any waiting period. The new video process of showing the car when up on the hoist and mechanic explaining about the oil change, tires and performance of your car is great. Everyone is friendly.
