I just drove home a 2012 Kia Soul with 111k miles on it, after I was told that it would be my responsibility to replace the ENTIRE ENGINE, because the powertrain warranty is over at 100k miles. I took my car in several times (first time: December 2017) for it running rough, and the symptom was that it felt like it was running out of gas. My experience yesterday was not the best took my sorento in to get the oil change and rotate tires I only have 15,000 miles they told me that I had two filters that needed replaced and then told me the tires were cupping they put the worse tires they could find now having to buy 4 tires should last longer than this right now not very empresses with them

Horrible customer experience!! They apparently fixed my car but they didn’t. When i callled they took me in but gave me a new quote and said i had to pay again. I texted the person that I worked with to discuss but he never responded. That just shows how they work and how professional they are. I will never purchase a car with them again.
