We purchased a Kia Sedona 2 years ago from this dealership. It is currently under warranty. The sliding door has stopped working. We live on one mile of gravel and told the salesperson this when purchasing the vehicle. When I brought it in with the automatic sliding door not opening or closing, I was told that it would not be covered under warranty due to the dirt in the slider. although I did not end up purchasing a car with Kia, my parents had in the past and so I decided to check them out. Joe was the first to greet us on the lot and was very respectable to my budget! He would not show me cars outside of my budget and went above and beyond to try and make certain cars work for me with the financial office.
