I was not impressed with your service today at all. I was not able to have my car serviced (simple oil change), because apparently I have a stripped oil cap, and instead of just replacing the oil cap that cost $21, I was quoted over $300 to replace the whole oil head valve....ridiculous! Needless to say, I will not be bringing my vehicle back for service....EVER. Today was a classic example of a female customer being priced gouged. I had a great experience with Gus Danso the other day when I traded my car in. Very helpful, didn’t pressure my into anything I didn’t want to buy, and he knew what he was doing. From the moment I walked in, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. I’m in love with my new Hyundai Sonata and would highly recommend! I will definitely be back when I purchase my next car. Scammed my sister, be wary. Selling vehicles that engine blow up. And even though there is a 5 year warranty will try to blame missing an oil change as the reason the car blew up. Do not buy!
Took my car in to the service department for an engine recall. They took care of it and gave me a rental car for free, very happy about this... However, a few months after, my audio went out in my car. Took it back, said they couldn’t diagnose the issue and hurried me out the door. So I ended up going to a different Kia store. All that needed to be fixed was a fuse!!! Very frustrating that they couldn’t diagnose and fix this.
