I purchased a 2018 Kia Optima today. Jeff was very nice and knowledgeable and made me feel at ease. He worked hard to get me the price and financing I wanted. I don't think he got lunch until late because of me, as I was there for awhile. Jeff was fantastic when I explained I hate heavy traffic before my test drive, he took me down streets that were not busy to be extra accommodating. I couldn't be happier with the help I got from Chris Weyer on getting me a brand new car. The staff is friendly and very helpful! They are not pushy and very understanding. I would recommend Kia to anyone looking for a new car.

Two and a half hours for a ten minute test…I'm less than pleased with the customer service.
