Best car buying experience ever. Each representative we spoke with was kind and patient and caring. Kris did an amazing job working with us to find a vehicle that fit our family. From beginning to the end and beyond, their only care was customer satisfaction. I've been to plenty of car dealerships in Des Moines and this one takes the cake for customer service.
Loved all the people their where so nice to me an my boy friend. I didn't have bad credit but no credit so guys worked hard an got me a approved. I will never go any where else.

I went to the website more out of curiosity than anything else.I honestly didn't believe that they would be able to help me. I was stuck with a 10 year old car, and still owed over $6000 on it! I was looking for a way out from under it, and into something newer, and Chris Weyer bent over backwards to help me find one. I really can't say enough good things about KIA of Des Moines!
