I bought a new Kia and they were excellent the first time but when I saw a good deal on a newer Kia with better features I didn’t mind paying the extra on the car payment but the finance department would not do anything for they kept getting me confused with the co signer it’s like they had no interest to sell to me any longer or keep me as a customer when I pay off my car I will never do business with them again.
After speaking with the management we find out what Patrick offered us for the monthly payment was over $100 more than it should have been. This place is a complete scam and has lost our service. We went from wanting to buy 2 vehicles down to 1 and then down to none because of all the mess. They not only gave us the "wrong" monthly payment but then ran my wife's credit WITHOUT consent and later asked for her signature for running it. I suggest anyone searching for a vehicle to just keep on driving past this place.

Chris Weyer and all the staff that I worked with at KIA were so helpful and worked very hard to make my purchase go through and make sure that I was getting what I needed and wanted. Everyone went out of their way. The detail person was very knowledgeable about my vehicle, even though it was not a KIA and wanted to make sure I knew how everything worked. I highly recommend them.
I just purchased a 2017 Forte 5. Ryan was by far the best salesperson I have ever met. The entire process was smooth and everyone was genuinely friendly and very helpful!!!
My daughter purchased a car less than 30 days ago, that damn car has been in their shop multiple times since then. They keep saying they have fixed the issues, no they haven't. The car behaves the same way every time it supposedly gets fixed and everything looks like it did when it when their shop, when it comes out. We can't take the car to Kansas City over Christmas. Well, my sister got a car from here and the front rim FOLDED itself under the car as she turned. She could of died. And they're trying to blame her. Don't buy from here.
