Kept getting emails too come in trade your vehicle told them over and over I was upside down still continuing to false lead me that they could do something. So I go there ask for Ken as I was told he passes me off too someone else. I wasted my time as I knew I was upside down too much so couldn’t help me Won’t go back
We purchased my fiancee's car here and had a good experience. So when it came time for me to get mine, we decided to go back. The buying experience wasn't all that bad, standard stuff. We were told, though, that since my fiancee had purchased before and that since we weren't married, we were eligible for a referral bonus to be sent to her. 3 months later and we find out it was denied because "they don't do that." They have some great workers to help get you in a new car. Even though it was a fight at first they were still able to help me get a car that I really want . I will give the 2 thumbs up.��

I went in with an emergency, my battery died I was at the grocery store, so I went in at like 7:30 at night they gave me the new battery and they let me put my groceries in their employee refrigerator. Great customer service.
I don't know what is going on with this dealership but clearly it's not customer service. I visited this dealership today and absolutely no one came to assist me. I was on this site for approximately forty minutes looking at the Kia Soul while two salesmen stood outside smoking cigarettes and neither of them greeted or assisted me. This particular dealership is listed in Boeing's discount program so I was looking to definitely go forward with purchasing a vehicle, but clearly they do not want our business. If I could give no stars I would. Very unprofessional
I had a really good experience with Jason as my sales person. We had credit issues and was told by others we could not have a vehicle. That did not stop Jason. He worked with us and the finance people. I drove off with a 2017 Kia Sadonna. Super happy And he made sure it was not white.
