Hey Kia my 70 year old mom came in today...her license plate was stolen and had trouble finding the right screws to put the new one on her car.....y'all couldn't spare two screws to help out a customer...I guarantee she would have paid for them but instead you send her back to Lowe's to get another wrong size....I had a Kia years ago and never had anything but problems....maybe y'all should teach a customer service class....Will never own or recommend a Kia to anyone I know
Cannot say enough about the Service Department and Sheila. They helped with an emergency repair for my daughter en route from Charleston to Rock Hill, a broken wiper motor in a monsoon! They got her in and out in just a few hours even though they had a full schedule already.
I was just at Stokes Kia because I wanted to test drive the Sedona. Got to the dealership at 8 and no one came to help until 8:20 When I was putting my son back in the carseat to leave, then asked if we were buying today then we could test drive it. This is the second time this week we have tried to drive this car. The first time we came in the guy smelt like a chimney and I was not getting in a car with him, it did not help that I knew about the car than he did. Guess we are going to Kia Country.
I have always had good experiences at Stokes. This visit was for a recall, computer upgrade and forward camera re-calibration. Joe Byers went above and beyond to resolve the camera re-calibration issue with Safeco.
Soooo, we had a little oops with Kia. It was minor but the service manager was happy to take care of us without extra cost to us and they even washed and vacuumed our car (not related to the oops). Way to go Stokes Kia Service Center. JOSEPH really saved the day!
Follow-up on safety Recall on my 2014 Kia Soul Exclaim after ordered Parts came in. Very thorough and on time taking care of it, waiting room was clean and well stocked with water, soda and snacks. Very professional staff that takes care of any and everything.
