Stokes Kia has the worst service department. Kia has a warranty. Took Kia in on Monday, no phone call. We called and they had not looked at vehicle, said they would look at it first thing Tuesday morning. They called Tuesday and said they were getting the part overnighted and the vehicle would be ready Wednesday afternoon. Today is Friday and we go in to pick up vehicle and it’s not ready nor is the part in the shop. We have received no follow up or calls from Stokes. I had a wonderful buying experience here! Ben was amazing! The thing I cannot stand is an overly eager salesman who will do and say anything to get a good sale. Ben was honest, personable and very knowledgeable. Thank you for making my buying experience easy peasy. Also, shout out to the guy in finance- great to work with. Can’t remember his name. I called and asked if I could come in for a service and was told yes. Once I got there another guy told me no I couldn’t and instead of trying to schedule me for an appointment he got an attitude with me and kept saying the other guy told me to come in when I hung up with him which is not what I discussed on the phone with him. I even verified as long as I was there before 4 I was good to come in. They said they had numerous people in line but yet there lube tech was sitting inside with the service advisor having a normal co... read more
Service is horrible in that it takes forever to get an apt and then you can't get anyone to answer the phone. We were told it would take 3 weeks to get an apt even for a simple oil change let alone the repair we need.
I bought my first Kia in 2012 and the service department is the reason I came back for my wifes 2019. Excellent people to work with!
Went in to see about a car for my daughter. First the lady didn't even ask our names. Second they couldn't find the key but we could look through the windows to see if we liked it. Then they found the key. Once she said she was interested they came back with a number, obviously too high for her credit. However they didn't ask if she could put more down or if she was gonna havs a co signer so we left. Definitely not a care for the customer atmosphere. We left and went down the road. We left with a used vehicle there.
I had a great experience with y’all at stokes Kia. I want to thank Mr. Michael Tucker For everything today. He truly loves what he does and will help you get in the car you want. Thank y’all so much for my new car.
