I just took my car here to get repairs. I had multiple dash lights on, paint chipping off of the door, the door wouldn't open, and the head lights were oxidized. They said that they couldn't fix the paint because it wasn't covered due to the mileage. But they had the car for 3 and a half days. They said EVERYTHING was fixed and they worked on other things as well that we did not ask to be fixed which increased the price A LOT. Since i've had my Kia soul I go to one place for servicing. STOKES KIA in Goose Creek. The past time i was not satisfied. Not only was my cabin filter just thrown into my glove box, i found a screwdriver wedged between the battery and the engine. I am highly shocked that I didn't see this earlier but I'm not the person to check my car after CERTIFIED PEOPLE SERVICE MY CAR. I will never be going back there and if anyone wants even sub par car service, STOKES KIA is not the place to go. RANT OVER.
