I love their service dept. Had a low tire light on today and they couldn't have been nicer. Had me in and out in 10 minutes. Thanks for the great service!
Terrible service department! They forgot to tighten the oil pan plug which came out on 95 Thanksgiving day. We sat on the side of 95 for 4 hours because all of the oil poured out! If we hadn't turned the car off immediately who knows what could have happen. I have tried to speak with someone at the dealership several times but they will not return my calls. So I've donated around six hours of my life to sitting in the service department waiting area while they attempt to fix a tail light and charger port. This required two visits because they did not have the parts. The staff is very friendly, but at the end of the day it was very inefficient. Just another dealership...not a great experience. I feel bad for the nice folks at the desk as they explain why things are not getting done - it's not their fault. Good times. Not.
Corey's a great guy treats you like family and gets you the best deal he can. I highly recommend going to see him and let him help you get a car for less
Just left Stokes Kia with a 2016 Soul. Owen was spectacular and Mark was the financial wizard. Seemless from start to finish.
