My wife and I traded our 2012 Soul for a new 2015 soul and could not be happier. Billy Brooks was fantastic to work with. He listened to our needs and financing covers and came back with the deal we needed. No pressure at all. Very laid back experience.
Michael Richardson in the service department intake has always provided excellent customer service. Thanks, Michael ! ! The only times I went there were to have oil changes and other scheduled services and they always gave quick excellent service on my 2013 Sorento. My first Kia...and the most favorite car I've ever owned. I've bought many cars from Kia over the years and have always been happy with the sales and service departments. I'd been waiting for the 2016 Sorento to get here. They had a black cherry in stock, but I wanted the snow pearl white w/black and white interior. Today Ken and Mark helped me out. They were both patient, and not sales pushy at all. They weren't annoyed by all of my questions, and answered each and every one. Ken listened to what I was looking for, and got me into a perfect fit! I'm so grateful for their help!!!!
