My salesman was freindly and seem to be a good person, but we didn't leave feeling like we got a good deal, it feels like from sales to finance the dealership wants a home run deal very time. The finance process was weird when after signing a contract, 2,800.00 more dollars appears and we had to sign a new form. Which took our payment above expectations, not happy about it.
Kia does not stand by their product or word. Kia will not cover the expensive repair of an identified and proven defect in one of their vehicles. Not only will they not cover it, after going over the car's explicit history and Kia committing to make the specific repair they have decided not to honor that commitment. Extremely disappointed in the customer service and business ethics of Kia.
After 2 months I finally have my car back with a brand new motor. The service department (Wes Stokes) really went above and beyond to get me up and running again. The time it took was not their fault as my motor was on back order. As soon as they got it in the got it done and I picked up my car today!! I would highly recommend these guys for all of your service needs!! Thanks again Wes!!!

People in the service center are fantastic. This is the 2nd Soul we bought from Stokes. Very happy with them. Can't wait to get a new one in January
A week ago I had a 4:30 appt for a rear door handle and waited 2 hrs 15 min for the young man at the service desk to tell me they needed to order the part. Today I had a 4:30 appt to replace the rear outside door handle. 2 hours later and I'm still waiting and don't appreciate the sassy attitude from the young man at the desk. Very poor customer service!!
