You can improve your online service scheduling. Your website allowed me to schedule a service appt for 24 Dec at 12pm. When I got there your dealership was closed. I spoke to your service manager and the response I got was "that service is a request only". Then why doesn't state that on the website. Currently your Service site states "Schedule Service appointment". When I told him that the system didn't have grayed out appointment times all he said was " I'll let the IT dept know" He showed no sign of tolerance for my inconv... read more

Thanks for putting nitrogen in my tires yesterday-had low pressures. This am I had a right rear psi 14. Took to Kia-they took me right on-hand nail in tire wall so had to buy new tire. Thanks for your professionalism and taking me right in.

Why do I need an appointment to put air in my tires? And they didn’t have an appointment for almost a month. Thank you Gerald Tires for putting air in my tires for free without an appointment. Stokes Kia service department needs some serious changes.
