RecommendedKia has the BEST service department! They’re fast and professional. The waiting room has free WiFi and good coffee (I got a latte!) and snacks and water. They never try to sell me stuff I don’t need and I’m so thankful for that! The warranties are the best in the business. Highly recommended!
PLEASE don’t go to Stokes Kia in Goose creek for car needs. I scheduled an oil change online which they tell you to do...the day of my oil change I get a phone call that their technology messed up and they can’t get me in for the oil change. Then come to find out I had two recalls on my car and was never informed. Did I mention that they don’t do recalls on the weekend because of staff...how do people get off in time during the day for them to do a recall that takes 3 hours?!!
Quite possibly the worst Kia dealership in the US. Own a Kia Optima that I bought there and the engine failed due to a engine recall. was told the first appointment time they had in Service was 3 weeks out. Went to another dealer and was took care of immediately. Window regulator failed and on a whim I called. First available appointment is 2 weeks out. Rolled my tax and tags into my loan. Kia stokes sent NC a check that was over the correct amount of my tax and tags. NCDOT would not cash the check and they made me pay out of pocket for it. When I reached out to Stokes Kia multiple times about this they finally responded and now won’t since I have given they the information they requested to get a refund back to me.
I have a 2018 stinger. The radio cuts out intermittently has done it since I got the car last December. Service department refuses to do anything about it because the can’t duplicate it. They have seen the problem in person the day before the appointment. Had the car from open till 5pm and did nothing about the problem.
Sales experience went just fine. Got the model, color and options we asked for at the advertised price without any extras. Thanks Allan Glass. The beat everyone by $2,000 :) 🙂
I went in this morning to get my oil changed and was told that I could not wait to have it done. I had to make an appointment for November 3rd. Since when are you not allowed to wait for an oil change. This was at 845 this morning. Do they not have enough Service staff to complete an oil change without having to wait 3 weeks for an appointment? I love my KIA but not the service department.
Bought a car in May and the bank still has not received the title 4 months later! I have called and left message after message and no one will help. Jenny in the accounting department will not return any calls. I would not use this dealership ever again for the time and effort we have had to put in and it’s still not resolved! They obviously do not value their customers experience!
