They have some nice salesman, but there prices online don’t match what they say and they don’t honor the online price.
We had been using a dealership in NC and were spoiled there as they were fantastic. I am glad to see the continuity between different states. We worked with Cole and the service was excellent. If I need another vehicle they would get my business based on the service.
Friendly and professional staff, and more than fair pricing. You get more than you payed for in the best possible way. MAJOR Thanks to Strom, Francis, Josh (test driver?), and everyone there for their service and patience. That's another great thing about them. i went in and got a car with no problems. only there maybe 3 hours!
Dropped my car off to have some recall/warranty work done. My windows all worked perfectly fine. went up well, went down well. Get it back, my driver driver side window goes half way down and then starts falling forward. They say the regulator is messed up. They say the previous person (Kia Country) screwed it in wrong and they messed it up. IT WORKED PROPERLY FOR 4 YEARS UNTIL STOKES TOUCHED IT. Now it's going to cost $500+ to fix.
