Recommendedthey are awesome! I was unable to get my contact out, & they got me in immediately and the Dr. was able to get it out for me. Dr Michael Hollins II O.D. is awesome! I would highly recommend him, he's a great Dr, very friendly and explains everything so you can understand it. Thank you Dr. Hollins & staff for taking such great care of me & my family!
RecommendedDr Su’s the best! Wife had two hip surgeries and one was a revision Dr Su. Fixed another Dr. screw up! If you are not from the NY area do yourself a favor and go to HSS

RecommendedMy husband had both of his hips done, and I have had three shoulder surgeries over the last 5 or so years! We have had wonderful Drs and nurses and anesthesiologists...It has always been a good experience when we are there! Comfortable and nicely decorated rooms, good food and very kind staff. Thank you for another good experience!
I've been to er here several times in the past and service was good. Today was the worst of any emergency room visit in my life. Nobody even gave names except dr. Froze for hours as no blanket. Nobody checked in on me except for blood draws and the dr himself. Took hours to get a urinal and more hours to get it emptied to use again. Wasn't even given a call button. Was given several large potassium pills and other meds with a third a cup of water and told to ask for more water if needed, Nobody came back by so was between 1/... read more

Is Kaiser Permanente following a policy of not performing resuscitation on Covid patients? We have a friend of the family in her early 30s in an induced come due to Covid complications. Family was told by docs that they will not resuscitate Covid pts. Is this policy widely known? Are patients families being given the opportunity to revoke this policy for their loved ones?
