The staff here are so awesome! That's why we've had kaiser nearly our entire life. Waiting for test results now. Wow what a crazy busy day here today!
This is twice now that my family has been screwed by money hungry kaiser! First I hold them responsible for my grandmother's death in 2000 because they kept passing off cancer as arthritis. Now they are screwing my aunt who has paid her premiums since at least 1970. They say she has to come out of pocket for nurses and home care. They say it's up to her to find and pay someone to come help her. This is ridiculous!
Droopy face, weak side of the body n a headache = classic signs of a stroke, yet..., kaiser makes u wait to be seen. What makes it worst, i preregistered him 15 minutes before he arrived so they were ready for him n he wouldn't have to wait.
Kaiser owns me and has rebuilt me. Except for a few little things over 50 years, I can only thank God for my health care.
